What can you expect at the trade fairs?

Intergastra

Intergastra from 03 to 07 February 2024 in Stuttgart is an international trade fair for hotels, gastronomy, catering, confectionery and cafés.

At the trade fair you will find everything to do with kitchen technology, coffee and ice machines, cleaning and environmental technology, hotel and catering equipment such as porcelain, steel goods and table linen, food, hot drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, entertainment equipment as well as IT and billing systems. With our exhibitor stand we will show you your options with a BuddyStar sales trailer

Vendtra – Vending Trade Festival 2023

Vendtra will focus on the core business and personal contact of the vending and coffee industry in Germany on 26 and 27 September 2023 in Munich. The focus is on the day-to-day business of operators, vending and OCS companies, roasters, caterers, company caterers, coffee shops, gastro, hotel, bakery, butchers, farmers, self-marketers, robotic and 24/7.

The special thing about this fair: It takes place hybrid! There is an on-site trade fair on the grounds of the Olympiapark in Munich and a digital online trade fair at the same time. BuddyStar is represented as an exhibitor both on site and digitally.

Faszination Food

Faszination Food will be held in Stuttgart on 17 and 18 September 2023. The food and technology trade fair for bulk consumers, commercial kitchens, care, gastronomy, hotels, butchers and bakeries will feature 260 exhibitors from the food, beverage and non-food sectors as well as technology, machines and equipment. In the course of this, we will also be represented on a stand with our sales trailers and show you your options for mobile catering. In addition to our Silver Buddy, we will present our Retro Buddy in its basic version as well as two of our popular concepts: the Grill Buddy and the Beverage Buddy.

GASTRO SUMMIT

The GASTRO SUMMIT Friedrichshafen will be held in Friedrichshafen from 26 to 28 February 2023. The Gastro Fachmesse Bodensee-Oberschwaben will take place at the same time, so that both events will bring the bundled expertise for gastronomy, the hotel industry and communal catering to the Lake Constance region.

In addition to current trend topics in the industry and food and beverage offers, the areas of software & IT solutions, contract furnishings & table-top and kitchen technology for gastronomy and the hotel industry will be the focus of attention. You will find us in hall BI, on stand number D20. Here, we will present our retro concepts and our American sales trailer and respond to your individual wishes and questions.

Ice cream fair

The Ice Cream Fair in Berlin/Brandenburg will take place from 09 to 13 February 2023 in Wildau. This is the trade fair for the latest trends and technical developments in the ice cream industry.

At this trade fair you will find everything to do with soft ice cream, ice cream, frozen yogurt and coffee. Thanks to our many years of experience, we can respond individually to your planning and wishes and are guaranteed to find the right concept for your mobile ice cream van.

Winzer-Service Messe

The Winzer-Service Fair is scheduled from 08 to 10 February 2023 in Karlsruhe. It is the largest trade fair for viticulture, cellar management, fruit growing and distilling, as well as marketing and sales in Germany.

You can expect a wide range of products and services for viticulture, cellar management, fruit growing and distilling: from new planting to cultivation and care, grape harvesting and fruit harvesting, as well as wine production and refinement into spirits and liqueurs, areas of gastronomy and marketing will also be presented. For your start in mobile gastronomy, we will present our American sales trailer, our mobile cocktail bar and our mobile wine bar. We are looking forward to your visit in hall 2 at stand E/11.

HOGA Messe

HOGA – Trade Fair for the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Industry is held in Nuremberg, Germany, from 15 to 17 January 2023. It is one of the most important trade fairs in the hospitality industry and the number 1 industry meeting place in southern Germany.

As an industry expert, you can find out about the latest products, trends and developments in the hospitality industry. Of course, you will also get fresh ideas, suggestions, solutions and inspiration for your professional practice. With our buddies on site, such as the beer truck or our American sales trailer, we will provide you with comprehensive advice on your low-cost entry into mobile gastronomy, in Hall 3A at Stand B10.

Horecava Messe

The Horecava Fair will take place from 09 to 12 January 2023 in Amsterdam. The international trade fair for hotels, restaurants and commercial kitchens is one of the largest catering trade fairs in the Netherlands and showcases new products, trends and services for the food industry.

Thematic areas such as bakery, snacks and coffee are part of the range of products at the catering trade fair – and we present our sales trailer concepts to match: In addition to our American sales trailer, we will personally introduce you to other buddy concepts and talk about your individual needs. You will find us at the Horecava trade fair as an exhibitor on stand 02.203B.
